At MathDingo, we want your child’s Maths Confidence Kit to reach you safely and quickly. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
For the MathDingo Activity Kits, shipping charges are:

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other factors outside our control.
Courier Partners
We may ship orders using courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, or other logistics providers depending on your location and serviceability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status through the courier partner’s tracking page.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.
COD orders include an additional handling/shipping charge because courier partners charge extra for COD collection and return risk.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.
If a COD order is refused at delivery or the customer is unavailable after repeated attempts, we may restrict COD for future orders.
Incorrect Address or Phone Number
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- House/flat number
- Street/locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Active mobile number
MathDingo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the outer package
- Photos of the product/items received
- Brief description of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally happen due to courier network issues, weather, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help coordinate with the courier partner.
