This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the MathDingo India website/store operated by ByteOps Global Private Limited. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Return Policy

MathDingo products include educational kits, flashcards, workbooks, puzzles, activity materials, and digital learning access.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once products are delivered, opened, used, activated, or damaged.

3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We may offer a replacement, missing-item dispatch, or refund only if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Major item is missing from the kit
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Prepaid order could not be shipped

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Reporting an Issue

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Mobile number
  • Delivery address
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video where available

5. Unboxing Video Recommendation

For damaged, missing-item, or wrong-item claims, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used learning kits
  • Used worksheets, flashcards, puzzles, or workbooks
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Digital/app access after activation
  • Downloaded or redeemed digital content
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • COD orders refused without valid reason

7. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Changed mind after purchase
  • Child is not interested
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Expected something different
  • Did not use the kit
  • No longer want app access

8. Learning Outcome Disclaimer

MathDingo supports maths learning and confidence building, but we do not guarantee:

  • Specific academic results
  • School grade improvement
  • Exam performance
  • Guaranteed learning outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based on learning performance expectations.

9. Replacement First Policy

Where a valid issue is verified, our first resolution will usually be:

  • Sending missing items
  • Replacing damaged items
  • Replacing the full kit if required

Refunds may be provided only if replacement is not possible.

10. Return Approval

All refund and replacement requests are subject to review and approval by MathDingo.

Requests may be rejected if:

  • Reported after 48 hours
  • Proof is incomplete
  • Product was used or damaged
  • Digital access was already activated
  • Claim appears false or fraudulent

11. Return Shipping

Do not return products without written approval from MathDingo.

If a return is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, or card issuers.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

13. Cash on Delivery Orders

  • COD may be available only for selected PIN codes.
  • Additional COD handling charges may apply.
  • We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
  • Repeated refused COD orders may result in COD restrictions.

14. Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed courier attempts:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • COD handling fees may not be refunded

15. Damaged Product Claims

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening the package.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for review.

16. Missing Items

If any major item is missing from the kit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Verified missing items may be shipped separately.

17. Digital Access & App Subscription

Digital learning access, QR codes, subscriptions, and activation codes are non-refundable once activated or used.

Sharing or reselling activation codes is prohibited.

18. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

19. Fraud Prevention

MathDingo reserves the right to reject suspicious claims involving:

  • False damage reports
  • Fake COD orders
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Repeated refund misuse
  • Product tampering

20. Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, packaging, layout, or printed materials may occur and do not qualify as defects.

21. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
